Chair yoga offers an accessible way to enjoy the benefits of yoga — perfect for anyone who may find traditional mat-based classes challenging.

It can be practiced fully seated, or as a combination of seated and supported standing poses, using the chair for balance and stability.

These warm and friendly classes focus on building strength, balance and mobility whilst sequencing movement with the breath.

Class times:
Available Friday at my studio in Bearsden.

I also offer chair yoga sessions in nursing and care homes.
