I am a Cosmic Kids – qualified children's yoga teacher and a Connected Kids – qualified mindfulness practitioner.
I have extensive experience teaching yoga and mindfulness to children aged 3-12. My sessions have taken place in schools, community settings, and at family events such as music festivals.
My sessions for younger children are designed to be fun, imaginative, and active.
Each class is built around a theme-such as space, the jungle, the weather, the seasons, or a popular storybook. We also explore gentle mindfulness messages like kindness, sharing, and helpfulness.
Children are encouraged to join in creatively, helping to build confidence and self-expression. We always finish with a short relaxation to introduce calm and awareness of the breath.

My classes give children their own space to move, explore, and develop confidence in a non-competitive environment.
They are free to go at their own pace — discovering what their bodies can do and celebrating small achievements that build resilience and self-esteem.
Children also learn breathing techniques to help manage stress and anxiety, showing them that their breath is a built-in tool they can rely on whenever they feel overwhelmed.
Sessions include a mix of yoga games, sequencing, age-appropriate breathwork, and mindfulness activities.
